At the international conference "Start the change" held in Zagreb - Croatia, our school, represented by professors Olgica Coneva and Margaret Spasov, took an active part. Experiences were exchanged, workshops were conducted together with other colleagues from our country, from Croatia and Portugal. The teachers got a lot of inspiring ideas on how our students can be involved in creating the educational process, on multiple levels.
This year, too, the mask of our school "Mask March" won the first place with 70 points in group A on masks with over 50 participants. Congratulations and congratulations to all who were engaged in making and presenting the mask.
Second #Erasmus + mobility of students from the high school "Nikola Karev" Strumica within the international project "Code of Future - Eco friendly robotics" in Lisbon, Portugal. Second day activities with MBot educational robotics set. The students were given the task of mastering a mathematical problem and making a code according to which the robot would perform a given task. The students successfully completed this interesting challenge.
Second #Erasmus + mobility of students from the high school "Nikola Karev" Strumica within the international project "Code of Future - Eco friendly robotics". A team of four students and two professors take part in the second Erasmus + mobility in Lisbon, Portugal. Today started with activities with Augmentative Reality, and then they had a presentation of our culture and tradition. These programs and projects are a great way to gain new and exchange already gained experiences, as well as to present our country in the best light.
On Friday, December 24, 2021, within the project for interethnic integration, our school hosted the OSTU - Technical School "Gostivar" from Gostivar, which was attended by ten children from both schools. Through most of the different activities, the students, as well as the teachers, socialized, exchanged experiences and promised to continue the cooperation and deepen the new friendships.
Within the program with activities for peer education and support, organized by "Europe House" Strumica in cooperation with the youth organization "Center for Research and Analysis NOVUS" Strumica, in our school was held a two-day workshop on the topic: "Peer to peer education on mental health, self-care and self-knowledge “. This workshop showed that there is great interest in such topics and events by young high school students.
We support, maintain and continue to include inclusion at all levels of education. Big and small together, by hanging out and helping each other we can overcome everything. Wonderful socializing with the nice children from the 2nd grade and the teacher Sonja Cicimova from the primary school "Vidoe Podgorec"
In our city was held the first regional fair for social entrepreneurship in the Southeast planning region, which was attended by students Sara Krsteva III-7, Georgina Svirkova III-7, Aleksandar Grozdanov III-7, Isabela Nakovska III-8, Sandra Jovanova III-8, where they had the opportunity to talk to owners of social enterprises about how this model of business works. This activity encourages students for ideas on how to help and contribute to socially vulnerable and marginalized groups to be involved in daily economic activities.
Creativity makes life more colorful, more fun and more interesting. The students Rosana Stojanova, Marija Churlinova and Rozeta Chapanova from the high school "Nikola Karev" Strumica from the textile and leather profession under the mentorship of the teacher Margaret Spasov with their creativity beautified a wall in the office of the professional service with motifs of green leaves Bravo. and talented girls
When theory is applied in practice, guided by dedicated professors and carried out by diligent students, then success is not lacking. The activity in this mobility was the construction and coding of a robot that will move autonomously, thus allowing less pollution and a cleaner environment..
Two days of successful activities of the students from the high school "Nikola Karev" Strumica in the first Erasmus + mobility in Tallinn, Estonia from the project "Code of future - Eco friendly robotics".
